⚠️ Before Your Appointment
List Your Medications
Have a list of any prescription medications ready. The MRO may need to contact you if a result requires review.
Stay Hydrated (Urine Tests)
Drink normal amounts of water before your appointment — do not over-hydrate as this can dilute the sample.
Arrive On Time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.
How long does it take to get results?
Most urine and oral fluid tests return results within 24–48 hours. Hair follicle tests typically take 3–5 business days. Negative results are often available sooner than non-negatives, which require MRO review.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome during all business hours. Scheduling ahead guarantees your time slot and reduces wait time, but we never turn away walk-ins.
How will I receive my results?
Results are delivered through our secure online portal. You'll receive a notification when they're ready. For court-ordered tests, results are also sent directly to your attorney, officer, or case manager as directed.
What if I have a court order or employer authorization?
Bring the document with you. We'll confirm the required test type and reporting instructions before collection begins.
