Choose Your Test Type
When you arrive (or when booking), let us know which test type you prefer — urine, oral fluid, or hair follicle. Our staff will help you choose if you're unsure.
Check In & ID Verification
Present your photo ID. For personal tests, all information is kept strictly confidential. No employer or third party will be contacted.
Specimen Collection
Your specimen is collected following our standard procedures with full chain of custody documentation — ensuring results are valid if you ever need to present them.
Lab Analysis
Your specimen is analyzed at our SAMHSA-certified laboratory. Non-negative results are reviewed by our MRO who will contact you confidentially.
Private Result Delivery
Results are delivered to your secure personal portal within 24–48 hours (urine/oral fluid) or 3–5 business days (hair follicle). Only you can access them.

Will anyone else find out about my results?
No. Personal test results are 100% confidential and only accessible to you through your private portal. We do not share results with employers, family members, or any third party without your written authorization.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome any time during business hours. Booking ahead is recommended to minimize wait time, but you can always come in without an appointment.
Which test type should I choose?
For very recent use (within 24–48 hours), oral fluid is most effective. For the past 30 days, urine is the standard choice. For a 90-day history — common for custody situations or personal accountability — hair follicle is the best option. Call us at (844) 984-5443 and we'll help you decide.
Can a parent bring a minor child for testing?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian may bring a minor (under 18) for testing. The parent or guardian must be present, provide their own ID, and sign the HIPAA acknowledgment form on the minor's behalf.
