Drink a normal amount of water before your test. Avoid excessive water intake as this can cause a dilute specimen requiring a retest.
🔄 What Happens Step by Step
Present Authorization
Arrive with your employer's authorization form and photo ID. Our collector reviews the order to confirm the required panel and result delivery instructions.
Identity Verification
Your identity is verified and documented on the chain of custody form. A copy will be provided to you and your employer.
Urine Collection
You provide a urine specimen in our private collection restroom. The collector checks temperature and seals the specimen with tamper-evident tape in your presence.
Lab Analysis
Your specimen is sent to our SAMHSA-certified laboratory. Negative results are typically reported within 24 hours. Non-negatives receive GC/MS confirmation and MRO review.
Employer Notification
Your employer receives the verified result via our secure portal. If you tested negative, you'll also receive your result through the portal.

My employer sent me — do I need to pay?
Most employer-authorized tests are billed directly to the employer. If your employer has an account with us, there is typically nothing for you to pay at the time of collection. Confirm the billing arrangement with your HR team before arriving.
How quickly will my employer get the results?
Negative results are typically reported to your employer within 24 hours of collection. Non-negative results require MRO review and may take an additional 24–48 hours.
What panel is being tested?
The panel (5, 10, or 12-panel) is specified in your employer's authorization form. If you're unsure, contact your HR department — the panel determines which drug classes are being tested.
