Testing for probation, parole, child custody, drug court, pre-trial diversion, and all court-ordered requirements. Results reported directly to your officer, attorney, or program administrator.
LHID Labs provides court-admissible drug testing for all court-ordered requirements including probation, parole, child custody cases, drug court programs, DUI diversion, and pre-trial programs. All tests are performed with strict chain of custody protocols. Results are reported directly to your supervising officer, program administrator, or attorney as specified in your court order.
Driver's license, state ID, or passport. Required for identity verification before any collection.
Bring your court order, probation officer referral, or program authorization form. This tells us exactly what test to perform and where to report results.
If you take prescription medications, have your list ready. Our MRO may need to contact you about certain substances.
Drink a normal amount of water before your test. Excessive water intake can cause a dilute result which may require a retest.
Arrive with your court order or referral form and photo ID. Our staff will review your order to confirm the required test type, panel, and reporting instructions.
We verify your identity against your government-issued photo ID and document it on the chain of custody form.
Your specimen is collected in a tamper-evident, witnessed collection. For urine tests this takes approximately 10 minutes.
Specimen is sent to our SAMHSA-certified lab. Non-negative results are reviewed by our Medical Review Officer before any result is finalized.
Verified results are reported directly to your officer, court coordinator, or attorney as specified in your court order β typically within 24β48 hours.
Call your supervising officer or program coordinator before coming in. We can sometimes accept a verbal or emailed authorization from the officer directly, but a physical or digital copy of the order is preferred.
Results are reported to the parties specified in your court order or referral. If you need your attorney to receive a copy, make sure this is noted in your order or ask us to add them as an authorized recipient.
Your officer or program coordinator will be notified per your court order terms. If you have a valid prescription for the substance detected, the MRO will contact you before the result is finalized.
