Program Overview
LHID Labs (Lasting Health Impact LLC) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients who have expressly opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, test results, scheduling confirmations, and collection site information and related updates.

Message Types
Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, results availability notifications, scheduling follow-ups, and operational service updates. LHID Labs does not send promotional or marketing SMS campaigns through this program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and service activity. You may receive up to 3–5 messages per appointment cycle (confirmation, reminder, results notification).
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. LHID Labs does not charge a fee for SMS messages; however, your carrier's standard rates apply.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message from LHID Labs at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by opting in again through our scheduling form.

Supported Carriers
All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier network conditions.
Privacy & Data Sharing
Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent are collected solely for communication by LHID Labs. We do not sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Opt-In Method
Consent is collected via a standalone opt-in checkbox on our appointment scheduling and contact forms. Providing a phone number as part of a transaction does not constitute opt-in consent for SMS unless the checkbox is expressly checked.
