📱 For Individuals & Clients
Complete Your Test
After your specimen is collected at our facility, you'll receive a confirmation with your unique Specimen ID. Keep this for your records.
Watch for Your Notification
Once results are ready, you'll receive an email or SMS notification. Most urine and oral fluid results are available within 24–48 hours. Hair follicle results take 3–5 business days.
Log In & View Your Results
Click the link in your notification or visit the portal directly. Log in with your email and the access code provided at collection to view and download your results.

Your employer or agency portal provides real-time access to all results for your account. You'll also receive automatic notifications when results are ready.

No drug substances detected above the cutoff threshold for the panel tested.
PassPositive
One or more substances were detected above the cutoff. MRO-reviewed before reporting.

The specimen met validity criteria but had lower-than-normal creatinine or specific gravity levels.

In ProgressHow long until my results are ready?
Urine and oral fluid tests are typically available within 24–48 hours. Hair follicle tests take 3–5 business days. If your result requires MRO review (non-negative), it may take an additional 24–48 hours.
Who else can see my results?
Results are only released to parties you authorized at the time of testing — such as your employer, attorney, probation officer, or court program. We never share results without authorization.
I didn't receive a notification. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, call us at (844) 984-5443 or email [email protected] with your name and date of test and we'll resend your access information.
Can I get a printed or certified copy of my results?
Yes — you can download and print results directly from the portal. If you need a certified or notarized copy for court purposes, contact us and we'll provide official documentation.
I tested positive but I have a prescription. What happens?
Our Medical Review Officer (MRO) will contact you to review any prescription medications before a positive result is reported. This is a standard part of the process — you'll have an opportunity to provide documentation.
